Michelle Melendez currently serves as the Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships at Lever for Change, where responsibilities include developing innovative philanthropic strategies and facilitating connections within the Bold Solutions Network. As a Strategic Advisor for both Leaf Partners and Café Con Leché Collaborative, Michelle focuses on enhancing measurable impacts for purpose-driven organizations through communications, operations, and event planning. Prior to these roles, Michelle worked at the Clinton Foundation, conducting research to inform partnership strategies, and at Vermont College of Fine Arts, supporting the development of a strategic plan for the Center for Arts & Social Justice. Michelle also contributed to Dimagi as the Senior Director of Special Programs, aiding executive leadership in fundraising and innovative program development. Michelle holds an At-Large Masters Degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bradley University.
