Mikael Rae is a seasoned professional in awards management and research, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Lever for Change since June 2022. Previously, Mikael held roles at the American Institutes for Research, where responsibilities included providing research support to improve educational outcomes and executing data management with tools such as Stata and R. Earlier experience includes an internship at World Education Services, focusing on literature reviews and stakeholder identification related to workforce strategies, as well as a teaching apprenticeship at The College of Wooster and a marketing internship at the Spanish Education Development Center. Mikael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The College of Wooster and has also studied at the School for International Training.
