Xiaohua MENG

Xiaohua MENG has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on management and generalist roles. They are currently working as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Lever Style, a position they began in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HRBP at Hehunjia Medical in December 2020, and as a Sr. HR Manager at HZO from September 2018 to July 2020. Xiaohua also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Circuitronix from August 2016 to August 2018, where they were responsible for day-to-day HR operations in China, including the development and implementation of an Employee Handbook and HR E-system. Before that, Xiaohua worked as a Senior HR Generalist at ADAMA Agriculture Solutions Co., Ltd from December 2015 to August 2016. They began their career at Odeus, where they held various roles including Senior HR Representative from October 2013 to December 2014, and China Regional Global Job Evaluation and Org Management Specialist from May 2009 to September 2013. Xiaohua's earlier experience includes positions at Oracle, where they worked as a National Compensation and Benefits Specialist from January 2008 to April 2009, and as a National Training Coordinator from July 2005 to December 2007.

Xiaohua MENG attended Peking University from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Applied Psychology. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they attended Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in International Economics and Trade.
