Jordan Lamb

Jordan Lamb, PHR has a diverse work experience in human resources and hospitality. Starting as an Activities Intern at Big Cedar Lodge in 2014, they then worked as a Guest Service Agent at Ramada Plaza Hotel & Oasis Convention Center. Jordan later joined Raymond Management Company, where they held various roles, including Assistant General Manager and Assistant General Manager/Sales Manager. Jordan then transitioned to Casino KC (formerly Isle of Capri) and Bally's Kansas City (formerly Casino KC) as a Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Specialist, respectively. Currently, they are at Lever1 as a Human Resources Business Partner and was recently promoted to Director of HR Services. Jordan also served as a University Ambassador at Missouri State University from 2012 to 2015.

Jordan Lamb, PHR graduated from Missouri State University in 2015 with a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Administration, specializing in General Operations and Tourism. Prior to that, Jordan attended Helias High School from 2007 to 2011. Jordan also obtained additional certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in January 2021 and the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) in January 2019.
