Roki Chauhan

Roki Chauhan, MD, is an accomplished healthcare consultant and executive with extensive experience in physician leadership, strategic planning, and quality improvement. Since June 2015, Roki has operated Chauhan Healthcare Consulting, LLC, providing independent consulting services. In addition to this role, Roki serves as the Chief Medical Officer at HealthCorum and has held various senior advisory positions at organizations such as Leverage Health, illuma Care Connections, SPH Analytics, Care4ward, Cambia Health Solutions, Blue Shield of California, and Wellframe. Roki's academic background includes a B.S. in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine, and advanced training in family practice at the University of California, San Francisco, where Roki completed a residency and a fellowship.
