Previous experience includes roles such as Marketing Consultant at Dreamland Properties Ltd. and Head of Market Development at Bangla Trac Communications Limited, where Urmee successfully explored new markets and implemented strategic initiatives. Early career experience includes positions at GrameenPhone, focusing on market communications and supply chain management. Urmee Helal holds an MBA in Marketing from East West University and a BBA in Marketing and Human Resource from North South University.
