Kathy Farmer

Kathy Farmer possesses extensive experience in global benefits and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Global Benefits at Levi Strauss & Co. since March 2013, following a role as Senior Director of Global Benefits. Farmer has also contributed as a Board Member of First Tech Federal Credit Union since 1999, chairing the HR Committee from 1999 to 2010. Previous roles include Total Rewards Principal Consultant at The Clorox Company and various positions at hp, including Director of Global Benefits and Global HR, where significant contributions were made to major transformation initiatives and benefits planning during pivotal mergers. Farmer's earlier experience encompasses a role as VP of HR Benefits at Wells Fargo, involving comprehensive redesigns of benefit plans. Education includes a BS in Speech and Political Science from Northwestern University and Executive Education in Strategic Change and Organizational Transformation from Harvard Business School.
