Ryan Sweeney

Ryan Sweeney is a supply chain and e-commerce operations expert with extensive experience in logistics and distribution management. Currently serving as Director of Global Supply Chain Sourcing at Levi Strauss & Co., Ryan oversees a $30M P&L for E-Commerce supply chain operations, focusing on logistics, fulfillment, and customer service, while also leading major distribution projects. Previously, at Vita Coco, Ryan managed the launch of the DTC channel and developed its long-term distribution strategy. Prior roles include Direct to Consumer Distribution and Fulfillment Manager at Harry's, Inc., where Ryan executed strategies for North America, and a Supplier Performance Specialist position at Wayfair, where operational efficiencies were improved across a large vendor network. Ryan began the career at ZT Systems as an Associate Commodity Manager, specializing in inventory management and cost reduction strategies, and gained foundational logistics experience as a logistics and operations intern at Toyota North America. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University.
