Swati Kochhar

Swati Kochhar is an experienced professional in merchandising, currently serving as the Director of Merchandising for South Asia, Middle East, and Africa at Levi Strauss & Co. since September 2018. Swati has held various leadership roles, including Lead for Brand Merchandising Women's in South Asia and MENA. Prior to Levi Strauss, Swati served as Head of Merchandising at Adidas Originals in India from April 2017 to June 2021. Swati's career began at Benetton India, where positions included Manager Buying for Womenswear, Assistant Buyer for North & East, and Associate in Category Development from 2009 to 2017. Swati holds a Master's degree in Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and a B.Com (Hons) from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University.
