Victoria Finlay

Victoria Finlay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations management. Currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. since August 2021, Victoria leads marketing go-to-market strategies and activations for the Americas. Before this role, Victoria worked at Google from September 2019 to August 2021, where positions included Global Strategy and Operations Lead and Global Strategy & Operations Manager, focusing on strategic operations for the Advanced Brand Acceleration Team. Additional experience includes serving as International Account Manager for Madewell and Key Account Manager at ROUGE JARDIN JEWELRY LLC, where project management and sales strategies were key responsibilities. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Sustainability & Innovation Development from the University of Sussex, and both an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Apparel Design from Bath Spa University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art & Design from Ravensbourne University London.
