Luis Barros

Luis Barros is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in business aviation. As the Founder and CEO of Leviate Air Group since November 2014, Luis has led the growth of a premier business aviation service provider by leveraging industry expertise and practical knowledge. Prior to this role, Luis served as Senior Vice President of Charter at Starbase Jet from September 2011 to November 2014, where responsibilities included expanding market share and overseeing client relationships. In earlier roles at Starbase Jet and JetSelect Aviation, Luis demonstrated a strong track record in increasing sales, managing teams, and facilitating operational processes in charter services. Luis holds a B.S. in Aviation Management from The Ohio State University and has completed Executive Education at Columbia Business School.
