As General Manager at Levin Furniture & Mattress since March 2024 and at John V Schultz Furniture since March 2018, Janice manages operational aspects including sales and profit while employing over 90 associates. Previous experience includes a 22-year tenure as Store Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities included sales, advertising, and merchandise control. Janice also served as Softline's Assistant Manager at Kmart Corporation for a decade, focusing on merchandising and employee training for a team of over 60. Janice holds a diploma from Edgewood Senior High with honors and has attended Kent State University at Ashtabula.
