Tom Grom is an accomplished retail manager and business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Store Manager at Levin Furniture & Mattress since September 2020, Tom specializes in retail sales, management, and client relationship development. Prior to this role, Tom held pivotal positions at Fiserv/First Data as a Director and Regional Business Manager, overseeing teams of Relationship Managers. Tom's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through ownership of the Pittsburgh franchise of House Doctors Handyman Service, where responsibilities included customer sales and project management. Earlier career achievements include serving as Vice President at West View Savings Bank, where Tom managed multiple branches and spearheaded community relations, and progressing through various roles at Parkvale Savings Bank, ultimately becoming Assistant Vice President. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of Allegheny County.
