Charles Williams

Charles Williams has a diverse work experience, starting from 1988 up until 2018. Charles worked as the Chief Financial Officer at PSA Insurance & Financial Services, where they managed accounting, financial reporting, and systems functions for seven affiliated financial services companies. Charles also acted as a legislative liaison between state agencies and the legislative branch of the state government. Prior to that, they held various roles at different companies such as Director of Finance and Operations at Levin Group, Director of Finance at WMS, Inc., and Finance Manager at Globecomm Systems Inc. Most recently, they worked as the CFO at ICAT Logistics, Inc. and as a Vacation Manager at Home. Throughout their career, Charles has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, cost analysis, and personnel management.

Charles Williams obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from Towson University, where they studied from 1974 to 1977. Charles later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Loyola University Maryland and completed the program from 1980 to 1984.
