Simon Fuhrmann

Simon Fuhrmann is an experienced construction project manager with a diverse background in the construction and project management sectors. Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at Levin Management Corporation since February 2020, Simon also founded and manages a construction project management leadership initiative in the Greater New York City Area, which focuses on networking and industry engagement. Prior experience includes roles as a Construction Project Manager and Superintendent at F&A Contractors, LLC from 2016 to 2020, and ownership of A to Z Beverage, LLC and S & G Investors, Inc., where significant developments, including an award-winning carwash, were achieved. Simon holds a BSIM in Industrial Management/Sciences from Purdue University, a Diploma in Automotive Technology from Lincoln Tech, and several credentials in project and construction management from NYU.
