Lea D'Antono, CHRP, Prosci, is an accomplished HR and Organizational Development consultant with extensive experience in enhancing organizational effectiveness and aligning talent with business objectives. Currently serving as an HR & Organizational Development Consultant at Levio since 2023, Lea also founded and leads BRANCHES HR, focusing on people strategy and change management since 2009. Prior experience includes roles as Executive HR Relationship and Change Manager at ADP from 2016 to 2023, where Lea managed complex digital transformation projects, and as Senior Director of Human Resources at Stanpro (Standard Products Inc.) from 2004 to 2009, overseeing a range of strategic HR functions. Earlier, Lea contributed to Air Canada's HR processes as a Business Unit Advisor from 2000 to 2004. Lea holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Concordia University.
