Brittni Thomas

Brittni Thomas has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Brittni began their career as a Catering Server at Irregardless Cafe and Catering and later worked in the same role at Catering Works. In 2015, they took on the role of a Front End Manager at Ugga Mugga Bakery and also worked as a Food and Beverage Intern at Sonesta Hotels. In 2016, they were a Sales and Catering Intern at Rocky Top Hospitality. In 2017, they joined Starbucks and held multiple roles including Barista, Shift Supervisor, and Store Manager. During their time at Starbucks, they achieved various accomplishments such as implementing strategies to improve customer service and sales performance. Brittni also mentored employees and managed inventory and schedules. After leaving Starbucks in 2021, Brittni joined Levitate as a Revenue Operations Coordinator.

Brittni Thomas pursued their education in the field of hospitality administration and management. Brittni first attended Appalachian State University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained their first Bachelor's degree. In 2018, they briefly attended East Carolina University for the same field of study. Afterward, Brittni enrolled in Arizona State University and completed their Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Tourism Management, graduating in the year 2022.
