Caroline Key has a diverse work experience that spans several positions and companies. In 2017, they started as a Leasing Consultant at The Scion Group, where they worked for a year before being promoted to Resident Services Manager. Caroline held this position for three years before becoming an Assistant General Manager in 2021. In 2022, Caroline joined PulteGroup as a Closing Coordinator and worked there until early 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Specialist at Levitate.

Caroline Key attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2014 to 2018. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
