Betty Owens

Betty Owens, MSM, currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Associate and previously held the role of Territory Account Manager at Levolor since 2019, overseeing operations for 44 store accounts and collaborating with sales associates. Between 2016 and 2018, Betty was the Special Events Manager at the High Point Area Arts Council, managing various events while ensuring security and staff coordination. Betty also worked as a Warehouse Supervisor at Second Harvest Food Bank in 2016, leading volunteer efforts and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations. Prior experience includes serving as Special Event Coordinator and Administrator at True Deliverance Ministries and various supply roles in the US Army from 2006 to 2012. Betty Owens holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from The American College of Financial Services and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from Fayetteville State University.
