Kaylan Pepin

Kaylan Pepin has a diverse work experience in the finance and banking industry. Kaylan is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Levr, a position they started in September 2021. Prior to this, they worked on their own venture called Kaylanpepin.com, where they focused on writing a blog/newsletter on venture debt. From 2019 to 2021, Kaylan worked as a Senior Account Manager in the Technology Industry at BDC, which is Canada's Bank for Entrepreneurs. Kaylan provided financing, capital, and advisory services to support entrepreneurs. Before that, they held the role of Manager, Commercial Banking at CIBC from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they worked at RBC from 2013 to 2014 as a Manager in Commercial Banking and as an Associate in Commercial Banking from 2013 to 2013. Overall, Kaylan's work experience showcases their expertise in various banking and finance roles, particularly in supporting and advising entrepreneurs.

Kaylan Pepin completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a major in Accounting from MacEwan University. They attended this institution from 2007 to 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued further education and obtained the CPA, CMA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). The field of study for both degrees is Accounting and Finance.
