Awdhesh Krishna

Awdhesh Krishna is an experienced professional in human resources and consulting, currently serving as the Founder of Strategii At Work since October 2023, which focuses on business growth and value delivery for clients. Since February 2024, Awdhesh has also acted as Vice Chair for Levrara Consulting Group, offering recruitment and consulting services across India. Awdhesh previously held the position of Managing Partner at BDI Consultants from January 2022 to July 2023, providing HR consulting for organizational capability. Notably, Awdhesh served as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for Asia ex-Japan and Global Corporate at Nomura from October 2008 to July 2021, playing a key role in the acquisition and transition of Lehman Brothers' India operations. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles in human resources at Lehman Brothers, GE Customer Growth Services, GE Capital International Services, and Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co.
