Bea Knecht

Bea Knecht has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bea is the founder and board member of Zattoo since April 2019 and previously served as the CEO of the company from May 2005 to February 2012. Bea also held the roles of chairman and CEO at Zattoo during different periods.

In addition to their work at Zattoo, Bea Knecht has founded and chaired multiple companies. Bea is the founder and chair of Levuro since October 2016, and the founder and chair of Genistat AG since June 2015.

Bea Knecht's earlier career includes serving as a consultant at SAP in 2004 and as a VP of Marketing at Linuxcare from January 2002 to December 2003. Prior to that, they worked as an associate partner at McKinsey & Co from March 1996 to September 2001. Bea began their career at UBS in 1991 as a manager, where they worked until 1995.

Currently, they are a founding partner at MissionPossible.VC, beginning in July 2022.

Bea Knecht obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1986 to 1990. Bea then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration at IMD in 1995.
