Theo Zijlmans

Theo Zijlmans is an experienced legal and management professional with a diverse career spanning various roles in government and educational institutions. Currently serving as Manager huisvesting at Levvel since February 2024, Zijlmans oversees the housing management and property portfolio. Concurrently, Zijlmans provides legal support to victims through a position at Slachtofferhulp Nederland and operates as a general manager and jurist via Bureau Zijlmans Management & Juridische advisering. Previous roles include leadership positions at the Ministerie van BZK as Head of Realisatie & Advies Buitenruimte and Head of Expertise Centrum Techniek, as well as experience at the Ministerie van Defensie, Ministerie van Financiën, and Rijkswaterstaat.
