Sean Dinan is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel and food and beverage management. Currently serving as General Manager and Operations Manager at Levy Ireland since November 2017, Sean previously held key positions at Compass Group as Food and Beverage Manager and Hospitality Manager from December 2009 to October 2017. Sean's career began in 1994 at Forte Posthouse Cardiff as Catering Manager, and includes prior roles at Jurys Bristol Hotel, Silversprings Moran Hotel, Logues Liscannor Hotel, Cafe Aroma, Masterchefs Hospitality, and Bewleys Hotels. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in International Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management, complemented by studies at Rice College Ennis.
