Jonathan Caretsky

Jonathan Caretsky is currently the Director of Catering Operations at Levy Restaurants, overseeing catering operations at the Jacob Javits Center. They previously served as the Director of Banquets at PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager Hotel, and as the Senior Banquet Manager at the Rainbow Room. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Food & Beverage Manager for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and held management roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Jonathan studied at Johnson and Wales University, where they earned their degree cum laude.
