Aaron Johnson-Waters is a Michelin-trained hospitality leader with extensive experience in senior roles, including Executive Chef. They have demonstrated exceptional skills in venue launches, fine dining, world events, and large-scale banqueting, consistently delivering outstanding guest experiences. Aaron began their career at Maze, where they rapidly progressed and honed their culinary skills under high pressure. Currently, Aaron serves as Senior Head Chef at Levy, overseeing culinary operations and innovation while managing a dedicated team. Their achievements include leading catering operations for prestigious events such as the Genesis Scottish Open Golf Tournament and the Commonwealth Games.
