Kelley Singer

Kelley Singer is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Lewicky, O'Connor, Hunt & Meiser, LLC since March 2019. Prior to this role, Kelley was an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of David L. Scull from June 2011 to June 2018 and held the position of Law Clerk at Moore & Bruce, LLP in 2007. Earlier experience includes a St. Ives Summer Honors Internship in Legislative Affairs at Catholic Charities USA and summer legal internships with The Law Office of Barbara Palmer and The Office of Senator Donald Munson, both in 2005. Kelley obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and also holds a Mediation Certification from The Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution. In addition, Kelley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland, as well as a citation in Religion/Religious Studies.
