Iggy Perillo

Iggy Perillo is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in teaching emotionally intelligent leadership skills and cultivating student leaders through outdoor experiences. As the Founder and Boss of WSL Leadership since September 2015, Iggy focuses on making the world a better place. Concurrently, Iggy serves as Outdoor Program Staff and Student Staff Trainer at Lewis and Clark College and contributes to the Northwest Outward Bound School as an Instructor and Program Developer. Previous roles include Course Director, Program Support Manager, and Instructor at Voyageur Outward Bound School, where Iggy facilitated staff training and led student expeditions. Iggy's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Grinnell College.
