Katherine Fitzgibbon

Katherine FitzGibbon is an esteemed Director of Choral Activities and Professor of Music at Lewis & Clark College since August 2008. With previous significant roles including Head of Faculty at the Berkshire Choral Festival (June 1997 - July 2013), Director of Choral Activities at Clark University (September 2003 - May 2008), Interim Director of Choirs at Cornell University (September 2006 - May 2007), and Assistant Conductor at Harvard University (September 2003 - May 2004), Katherine has a rich background in choral leadership. Katherine also served as Director of Choirs at Duxbury Public Schools from August 2002 to June 2003. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Musical Arts in Conducting from Boston University (2004 - 2008), a Master of Music in Conducting from the University of Michigan (1999 - 2002), and an A.B. in music from Princeton University (August 1994 - May 1998).
