Bailey Lockhart has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Bailey began their career as a Party Attendant at Pump it Up in 2010. In 2013, they became a Summer Associate at Brooks & Collier. In 2015, they were Social Chairman at Sigma Nu Fraternity. In 2016, they were a Marketing Intern at Arrow Exterminators. In 2017, they were a Marketing Intern at Move Digital Group and a Social Media Marketing Intern at Our Valley Events. Since 2018, they have been Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, Account Coordinator, and Client Services Intern at Lewis Communications.

Bailey Lockhart obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Auburn University between 2013 and 2017. In March 2020, they obtained a Licensed Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Inc. and a Licensed Scrum Master certification from the same institution. In November 2022, they obtained an SEO Fundamentals certification from Semrush.
