Arthur Ayala

Arthur Ayala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Arthur began their career as a Computer Technician at Gigabyte Computer Services in 2004. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a High School Math Teacher at Aldine ISD. In 2006, they also started working as a Computer/Network Technician at Net-Works IT, where they stayed until 2014. From 2011 to 2014, they also worked as a Medical Billing professional at Fondren Orthopedic Group LLP. In 2015, they joined Interceramic USA as a Helpdesk Level 1 & 2, where they were responsible for providing IT support and leading various department projects. Currently, they work at Lewis & Ellis - Actuaries and Consultants as the Director of Information Technology since January 2023, and previously serving as an IT Support Specialist from 2019 to 2023.

Arthur Ayala attended the University of Houston from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering Technology. During their education, they also earned additional certifications from LinkedIn, including "Deploying and Configuring Core TCP/IP Services", "Windows Server 2012 R2: Configuring Hyper-V", "Windows Server 2012: Configure Basic Microsoft Services", "Windows Server 2012: Install, Configure, and Administer Active Directory", "Windows Server 2012: Installation and Configuration", and "CompTIA Network+ Exam Prep (N10-006) Part 1: Understanding Networks". The certifications were obtained in February 2018 (for most of them) and October 2016 (for the CompTIA Network+ Exam Prep).
