Alfred G. Holcomb

Alfred G. Holcomb started their work experience in 1978 as a Partner in the law firm Schoenbaum, Curphy & Scanlan in San Antonio, Texas. Alfred G. joined the firm after graduating from New York University and remained there until 2004. In 2004, Holcomb joined Lewis Energy Group as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures. In this role, they worked closely with CEO Rod Lewis and their team on significant transactions, including the acquisition of a Multiple Service Contract Concession from Pemex in North Mexico and the sale of Cerrito Pipeline to EPD for a total amount of $325 million in July 2006. Alfred G. also played a key role in the acquisition of US Producing Properties from PXP with a value of $26 million.
