Tersia Swanson

Tersia Swanson is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources General Manager at Lewis Group Ltd since March 2017. Prior to this, Tersia held various HR roles at British American Tobacco South Africa from 2002 to 2016, including HR Business Partner for Corporate Services, HR Executive, and HR Officer, where responsibilities spanned corporate divisions and factory environments. Earlier experience includes HR Officer positions at Clicks Group and SA Gossard, as well as an HR Assistant role at Rainbow Farms and a Social Worker position at NICRO. Tersia earned a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Town in 1991.
