Michael Donovan

Michael Donovan serves as the Chairman of the Tax Department and Tax Partner at Lewis Rice LLC since May 2013. Prior experience includes roles as National Partner at Baker & McKenzie from March 2005 to April 2013, and Income Partner at Wildman Harrold from January 1997 to March 2005. Additional experience encompasses partnership at Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP from 2000 to 2005 and an associate position at Winston & Strawn LLP from May 1994 to January 1997. Michael Donovan holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, alongside a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
