Brian Blakley

Brian Blakley is a litigator and focuses his practice on class actions and complex disputes. Brian currently serves as the co-leader of the firm’s Class Action Group. He regularly writes and presents on class action topics and developing trends. Beyond his own cases, Brian often consults on class cases throughout the firm.

In addition to his complex litigation practice, Brian frequently handles copyright and trademark disputes and high value judgment-collection matters. He is a go-to lawyer for enforcing large judgments in Nevada.

Brian is licensed in both Nevada and Utah, and he regularly represents banks, insurers, manufacturers, government entities, religious institutions, and businesses of all sizes.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian served as a law clerk to Judge Robert C. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He also interned for Justice Thomas R. Lee of the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Lloyd D. George of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
