Chad S. Caby

Chad Caby is a Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Banking Partner at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP since July 2008. Prior to this, Chad served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado from December 2004 to June 2008. Chad also held the position of Senior Staff Attorney at the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee's Office for the District of Colorado from April 2000 to April 2003. Chad obtained a J.D. degree in Law from Capital University Law School in 1999 and a B.A. degree from Drake University in 1994.
