Paige N. Johnson

Paige Johnson is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. As a litigator, Paige is experienced in a diverse array of matters including professional liability, product liability, and premises liability matters, in addition to insurance coverage issues, real estate litigation, medical device litigation, and business litigation. She also advises a variety of clients, including health care systems, financial firms, insurance companies, product manufacturers, non-profits, solo-practitioners, and family-owned businesses.

Paige has criminal and civil trial experience and works in all aspects of litigation, including initial case assessment and investigation, pre-suit negotiations, drafting and responding to detailed discovery requests, supervising ediscovery and mass document review, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, mediating and settling complex claims, and successfully defending appeals. She has drafted and argued successful dispositive motions on behalf of her clients in both state and federal courts.
