Leslie Compton Kass serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Lewis Services, an employee-owned vegetation management company, and previously held senior executive positions at TC Energy, including Executive Vice President of the Technical Centre. Kass has extensive experience in the energy and utilities sector, having been the President and CEO of Babcock & Wilcox, where leadership was provided during a critical period in the company's history. Additional roles include Senior Director at the Nuclear Energy Institute and Vice President positions at Westinghouse Electric Company and Entergy. Kass possesses an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
