Scott Ferris

Scott Ferris is a seasoned technology operations manager with extensive experience in Information Technology leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Technology Operations Manager at Lewis Tree Service Inc. since 2020, Scott oversees IT operations for a large vegetation management company employing over 4,000 individuals across 29 states. Previous roles include Vice President and Manager of IT Support at Five Star Bank, and a long tenure at Monroe Plan for Medical Care, where Scott managed infrastructure and operations as well as (for several years) served as Senior Network Administrator/Database Administrator. Additionally, Scott has contributed to multiple organizations in leadership capacities, including serving on the Board of Trustees for both Ogden Farmers Library and Cobblestone School. An alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Scott's early career includes positions at Excellus BCBS and Merck, where expertise in medical programming and strategic policy analysis was developed.
