Kathy Granby

Kathy Granby is a Partner and Head of Share Incentives at Lewis Silkin LLP, where responsibilities include leading the Share Incentives practice and advising on the legal and tax aspects of employee share and other incentives for companies ranging from UK start-ups to multinationals since September 2021. Previously, Kathy served as Legal Director at Baker & McKenzie from March 2010 to September 2021, providing guidance on the launch and administration of employee incentive plans and advising on taxation and governance of executive remuneration. Kathy's legal education includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King's College London and a Legal Practice Course from The College of Law.
