Nick Buckland

Nick Buckland is a Partner at Lewis Silkin since February 2018, previously holding positions as Legal Director and Managing Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell (December 2014 - February 2018), where expertise was developed in advising on the protection, exploitation, and enforcement of IP rights globally. Prior to that, Buckland was Counsel on secondment at BP (March 2013 - December 2014), focusing on IP rights in Upstream Technology. Buckland began the career as a Solicitor at Fieldfisher (August 2010 - December 2014), specializing in Commercial IP and working with the Life Sciences Group. Academically, Buckland holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Law from The University of Manchester (2003 - 2007).
