Nancy Pence

Nancy Pence has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nancy started their career as an Office Manager/HR admin at Priority Solutions International in 2011, and later became a Human Resources Generalist at Thermo Fisher Scientific / Priority Solutions International from 2013 to 2014. Nancy then transitioned to a Training Consultant role at Mitchell Communications Group, where they designed and implemented development training programs for organizations. Their role at Mitchell Communications Group lasted from 2014 to 2019.

In 2019, Nancy joined Prospero Health as a Training and Development Specialist, responsible for creating instructional design and talent development solutions. Nancy eventually became a Senior Instructional Design and Talent Development Specialist at Prospero Health before leaving in 2021.

Nancy's next role was as an Administrator at Heart of Hospice from 2021 to 2022. Nancy is currently serving as an Office Administrator at Lewis Thomason, P.C. since March 2022, and starting in January 2023, they will be promoted to the role of Human Resources Director.
