Kathleen Christie Hillsman

Kathleen Christie Hillsman currently serves as the Director of Advancement Communications & Alumni Engagement at Lewis University, having previously held the position of Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement. Prior to this role, Kathleen served as the Director of Development at Immaculate Conception Grade School from July 2012 to June 2021, where responsibilities included marketing the school's mission, building an admissions pipeline, and ensuring financial viability. Earlier in Kathleen's career, a position as Marketing Coordinator at The Cruikshank Company/Northwestern Mutual involved lead generation and customer support for insurance and financial planning services. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Saint Mary's College, earned between 1984 and 1988.
