Kathleen Giblin

Kathleen Giblin, MBA, MPM, currently serves as the Manager of Operational Communications at United Airlines since September 2023. In addition to this role, Kathleen has been an Adjunct Instructor of Aviation at Lewis University since January 2021, teaching courses in Professional Development for Aviators and Strategic Communication for Aviators. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager for the Chicago Department of Aviation, overseeing various projects at Midway International Airport from October 2022 to September 2023, and holding multiple positions at United Airlines from November 2016 to October 2022, including Specialist in Global Response and Supervisor of Social Media & Operational Communications. Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Aviation & Transportation, an MBA in International Business, and a Master of Science in Project Management, all from Lewis University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and a year of study abroad at University College Dublin.
