Melissa Cobb, pHCLE, is an experienced education professional with a progressive career in human resources within various school districts. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and previously as Executive Director of Employee Services at Lewisville ISD, Melissa has demonstrated leadership in human resources. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Allen ISD and Assistant Director of Employee Recruitment and Retention at Plano Independent School District. Melissa's career began as an elementary school teacher in both Plano ISD and Bossier Parish School Board, providing a strong foundation in educational environments.
