Tania Caudill

Tania Caudill currently serves as the Director of Planning & Construction Management at Lewisville ISD, a position held since February 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing planning, design, and construction of bond-related projects and managing renovations and new additions to enhance learning environments. Prior to this role, Tania was a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Glenn | Partners, specializing in education, and held positions as an Associate and Project Executive at PBK and as an Architectural Intern at Jacobs. Tania earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2014 and a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Architecture History from the same institution in 2009.
