Aiden Holt has extensive experience in financial services and client management, currently serving as a Customer Financial Assistance Team Manager at Lex Autolease since November 2015. Previous roles at Lex Autolease include Operational Senior in Credit Control and Credit Controller. Prior to this, Aiden worked as a Client Services Manager at Cordant Recruitment, managing a high-volume account and resourcing suitable staff nationwide. Aiden began a career in an industrial setting as a Lab Technician at ESG UK, performing concrete strength tests and ensuring laboratory standards. Aiden completed high school education at Wilmslow High School from 2006 to 2010.
