Joanne Palmer has an extensive background in relationship management and learning consultancy. Currently serving as a Regional Relationship Manager at Lex Autolease since February 2018, Joanne previously held the position of Area Relationship Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, contributing to the Consumer Finance sector within the Mid Markets network. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning Delivery Consultant, focusing on skills and behavioral interventions in Commercial Banking, and as a Learning Consultant at Lookers plc, where Joanne designed induction programs and management skills workshops. Joanne began their career as an E-learning Consultant at HyperMedia, creating content for learning packages. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information and Communication Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
