Amaru Araya-Williams has a diverse work experience in the engineering and diagnostics field. They started at TTP plc in 20XX as a Year Intern, where they gained practical knowledge in engineering. This was followed by a position as a Summer Intern from July 2014 to September 2016. In 20XX, they joined TTP plc as a Consultant Engineer specializing in mechanical and fluidic systems. During their tenure, they developed innovative products utilizing TTP's technologies and contributed to the creation of a low-cost and rapid medical diagnostic solution. Araya-Williams then progressed to LEX Diagnostics, a TTP plc spin-out, where they served as the Head of Manufacturing. They co-invented the LEX technology, which significantly reduces the cost and time required for traditional PCR tests. Additionally, they held the roles of Senior NPI Engineer and Lead Cartridge Engineer (Secondment) at LEX Diagnostics.
