Zerun Mao has extensive experience in laboratory management and administration, currently serving as the Laboratory Manager and former Laboratory Coordinator at LEX Diagnostics since October 2021, where responsibilities include lab organization, safety assessments, and implementing a 5S organization system to enhance cleanliness and efficiency. Prior to this, Zerun held roles such as Lab Administrator at Novogene Europe, focusing on administrative tasks and health and safety compliance, and Legal Clerk at Avensure Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Biotechnology and Enterprise from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's Degree in Bioengineering from Sun Yat-sen University, complemented by internships related to laboratory research and a focus on innovative therapeutic proteins.
